Preview
In order to preview your email design in PreviewMyEmail, you will need to send your newsletter to us. This can be done in three ways:
- Copy and paste the source code of your newsletter
- Upload the source code file from your computer
- Send it to your private PreviewMyEmail email address
Once your email is submitted to PreviewMyEmail, our system will start processing and taking screen shots of your email in various email clients.
This process will take mostly 2-3 minutes but it may take longer in certain cases such as a failure on the arrival of your email to the email service such as Hotmail or Yahoo! Mail.
As of 18th June 2008, the following email clients and services are being monitored and previewed by PreviewMyEmail:
- Hotmail / Windows Live (web based)
- Yahoo! Mail (web based)
- AOL Webmail (web based)
- Outlook Express (PC / desktop)
- Outlook 2003 (PC / desktop)
- Outlook 2007 (PC / desktop)
- Lotus Notes 7 (PC / desktop)
We will be supporting more email services and clients in the future.
